The Department of Physics and Astronomy currently offers two Dual-Degree program with North Carolina State University. In the Dual-Degree program, the student earns both a Physics B.S. Degree from Appalachian and an Engineering B.S. Degree from NCSU. The curriculum takes 5 to 6 years to complete, 3 years at Appalachian and 2 to 3 years on the campus of the partner university.
