Secondary Physics Education Student: Michaela Moon

Our next student spotlight is Michaela Moon!

"My name is Michaela Moon, and I am a physics, secondary education major. Ever since I was young, I’ve always wanted to teach. I was never sure what subject though, until I took physics in high school.

Through taking different physics courses, I realized that I love learning how the world works, and that I enjoy explaining those concepts to other people. What makes me excited to teach is knowing that I can make a difference in my students’ lives.

All it takes is one special teacher to change your view about a subject, or learning in general. My goal is to be that teacher, even if it’s just for one student."

Thank you MIchaela! We wish you well in your education journey.
